Roulette is a glamorous game long associated with the casinos at Monte Carlo. There are competing stories about the origin of Roulette. Some avow that the game was created by the 17th-century French mathematician Blaise Pascal. Others claim its invention by the Chinese, from whom it was transmitted to France by Dominican monks. Slot games consist of inserting coins into the machine and then pulling the lever to set the reels in motion.
