A lot of games are too expensive for the average person to afford, the simple solution to this is to download them, although a lot of the time, the games one wants to play aren't always availble to download legally.

Need to find free games on the Internet? Chances are you've used a search engine, and time and time again, you've got the same results - Yahoo Games and Pogo. Don't stress, there is more out there! You just need to search smarter.

Lesson 1: You Want It? Search For It

You're looking for free games right? Well say so! Include "free" in your search.

If you want "Ultima Online", don't search for "Pacman" -- 'nuff said.

Does the name of your game have another meaning in the real world? Search for "mud" and you might get a site about dirt, so add "game" or "games" in your search term if it's needed.

And of course, if you're looking to play the game right now, and not buy it, include "play" in your search term, or you might end up at an online store having to buy something - come on, you're looking for FREE games online!
